Cookie Policy: Consent, Controls and Cookie Categories
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Bet Aussie ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit softwaredownloadwebsite.com. By using our website, you agree to the use of cookies as described in this policy.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet or smartphone) when you visit a website. They allow the website to remember your actions and preferences over time. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, may also be used. We use these technologies to keep the site functioning properly, understand how visitors use our pages, and — where required — to remember your choices.
Categories of Cookies We Use
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the website to operate. They enable core functions such as page navigation, secure access to your account, load balancing and fraud prevention. Because our services relate to wagering, some necessary cookies also support identity verification and compliance with Australian regulatory obligations, including those administered by AUSTRAC and the Northern Territory Racing Commission. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off, as the site would not function without them.
Analytical Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the website — for example, which pages are visited most often and where visitors encounter problems. This information is aggregated and used to improve site performance and content. Analytical cookies are only set with your consent.
Marketing Cookies
These cookies are used to deliver content and offers that may be more relevant to you and to measure the effectiveness of promotional campaigns. Marketing cookies are only set with your consent.
Please note: we do not send marketing materials to persons registered with BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register, and marketing cookies are never used to target such individuals. If you are registered with BetStop, your account must be closed and all marketing to you must cease.
Managing Your Consent
When you first visit Bet Aussie, a consent banner presents the cookie categories above and lets you choose which non-essential cookies to allow. You may accept all categories, reject all non-essential cookies, or adjust your preferences for each category individually.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by reopening the cookie settings via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the website footer, or by clearing your consent and reloading the page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, but no further non-essential cookies will be set.
How to Control Cookies in Your Browser
In addition to our consent tools, most browsers allow you to manage cookies directly:
- Block or delete cookies — via your browser’s privacy or security settings.
- Use private/incognito browsing — cookies are generally deleted when the session ends.
- Block third-party cookies — available in most modern browsers.
- Opt-out tools — industry opt-out preference signals are honoured where applicable.
Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website from working correctly, such as logging in or accessing your account.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology or applicable law. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
